The birds will still eat the nuts, keep buying them as they will get real hungry as the nasty weather draws in! :)

Sorry, just catching up from where I left off from last night. It may already have been posted in reply but birds can't process salt and will die if they eat too much(i.e if it'd the only food they can find):)

  • I just love reading that some involve their partners and children even though they don't post, thought I was the only one that went 'look at this pic hehehe' or 'listen to this' i think its great and I like best those that run through a glitch with their hubs and send them on missions.

Right, so who knows a glitch on hubbys, don't want a bogof or a 3 for 2 but wouldn't mind 50% extra free ;):rotfl:

  • My OH is the BEST at Glitches - Ive taught him well... plus he LOVES getting involved too - tries to come up with a little action plan everytime there is a glitch or we decide to go to a Ts....

'right - heres what we will do then ...'' are his usual lines as we pull up in the car park....

He was the one that discovered the 4p tights a while ago now... that i posted on here about. xx

    Hi everyone,
    Couple of quick ?'s
Does the express stores have indoor scanners and does anybody know if the shampoo and conditioner is working this morning thought i would go try.

also not very impressed with tescos info regarding store opening times as it clearly states that my local Tesco Express is open 7am til 11pm every day so 10pm last night thought i would go down and try the shampoos/conditioners which i have to go get bus etc and it was shut!!!

just to let people know with express stores might be worth ringing if you are planning a trip late evening.

hth and tia for the ?'s

Morning everyone, have'nt got time to read back, just how many pages did you write last night!!!!!! Busy day today, xmas seems to getting in the way of my mse'ing;);)
Hope everyones ok, it's really cold here and be careful out there, it looks really icy:(

Ah alas, real life has been getting in the way :(
And to top it off, I am nowhere near finished my xmas shopping, no cards written, no presents wrapped, decorations still in the loft and parcels to post :eek:

I will be making up for it later though ;), if I can just get hold of some more clipstrips to hang it all off. If not I may have to improvise like Kadison did (love that pic:)).

But if all goes to plan, I will be proving my skills, sometime this eve, although maybe once OH is tucked up in bed to stop him moaning :rotfl::rotfl:

I've never seen a scanner in an express. I would ring the store that was closed at 10 and ask the manager if it is acceptable to close at 10 when it states 11, it may not be something they are aware of.

also someone got the shamp and cond in an extra read earlier

Earlier I tried Tesco Extra in G@ring, not tried it before but as I hadn't seen the nachos in the Extra thought I'd give it a go. They all scanned at normal price so I started to cancel the ss but it wanted to do it with assistance one at a time. I put the items back on the shelf and fled!! But not before spotting my first ever clip strip of lucozade! But unfortunately didn't have any cash on me (for future must remember to always have a quid in my pocket just in case). Dropped DS off at football and raced like a looney to get some cash & get back to store. Think I have found a lovely SA as although I went through ss she could see what I was getting and said what a great bargain it was. She also laughed when I asked to keep the strip so I could post a pic to prove I found them  Will work out how later.
Also found 2 blue bottles of herbal conditioner at 86p each but on bogof and a calculator for 50p that my mum wants to put in with my auntie's Xmas pressie (who has also claimed me as her fav niece since I gave her a load of OEP goods yesterday :))

Thought I found the 'key' to reduced items when I saw a SEL with a * but unfortunately it still scanned at full price, will keep trying...
so pleased and good that it wasn't an express store, gives others a greater chance of getting them too :T

I'm afraid it i think it is an express store. There is no extra in G$ring, unless it was meant to be W£st D?*rington?
