Wish I could post pictures. Silly iPhone. Silly laptop. Grrr. My tortilla stack is bigger than my baby girl. About 78.5 cm.
But I can(T) post pics. And this is after I donated a dozen packs to food drive.

Lol, I sent hubby last night & it froze on a negative for him twice, first time it was -1pound so he picked up 1.50 of choc and moved to another till while SA cleared down the first till, second time it said -10p even with the extra choc, so SA told him to go to the manned till, at this point he bottled & said he didnt have time so he would leave it!!! 29 pounds worth of free food left behind, I was not a happy bunny!

It does take some bravery though , there was an additional discount yesterday that took more off the shopping than the first day so you do have to be careful - there wasn't much logic to it at all really none of the discounts made any sense and the last thing you need is to be attracting too much attention!!!
:) Learn from the past, enjoy and appreciate the present and work to make your future the best it can possibly be :)

    And get lots of glitches!

It sure does, I was shaking like a leaf, worried I was gonna get jumped on by the SS assistant, I asked her to go get me something extra, she said she cant leave and caled someone else, I was the only one on the SS tills, I was being watched.

Thought sod it PLAY DUMB, I said I was having a mexican party, but didnt need meat as our neighbour was a butcher :rotfl: of course I had to go and crash the till, as it still came to -1.50.

Cue 3 staff members all pressing buttons trying to get it to work, puzzled as to what was happening, I said oooh look there on offer fabby.

Was taken to a manned till, supervisor put it all through for me, as I knew it was gonna go through cheap, I was prepared for the we cant sell it to you for that price, but she just said, well the till says £5.50 well done, as I added a few extra bits on the walk over to the manned till.

I said at that price I'm off for more, she said go for it, leave some for me.

Of i trotted to get more once i'd put the 1st lot in the car.

  • Hi for anyone who has bought the oep dinner kits.the sell by dates on the boxes ie 15/06/2012 only applies to the wraps as the sauce and spice mix you get inside the box lasts well into 2013 and if you have bought a few you can allways put the wraps in the freezer .hth

princesswoo. Nice cake. I bake as well. The presents are a hastle to make when you have long nails I find. In fact I ALWAYS stab my nails through fondant which is why I try to not use it so much otherwise I am forced to cut my nails off if I am making it for something else.
Mary Berry would be proud :-)

I made these for a mate of mine:
f1i4h1.jpg they were cupcake toppers. luckily they shipped well!:-)

Fab ... fab ... fab!!! What a talented bunch of peps we have here!

You were SO lucky there lol! I'm always prepared for the trouting "we can't sell it to you" but it seems there are some really nice SA's out there...luck of the draw I guess.

I think because you know you are doing it deliberately you feel like it's wrong but really all you are doing is shopping - they are pricing the stuff,we are just buying it!!:money:
