I'm glad to see there have been no TCO levels of disgust on here. I've no idea why TCOs brought out the worst in some or maybe it's because Mexican food isn't as universally liked as chocolate. I didn't clear the shelves but I do have £70+ of OEP stuff to last me quite a while. I doubt I'll get through it all but it helped take money off my shopping (free food for DS2 who is far too young for fajitas & tacos). If I find myself with excess 'stock' coming close to the BBE dates, I'll donate to charity but at this moment in time, charity begins at home and I have 2 young kids to look out for so I offer no apologies for getting what I did. I can't speak for other people but I can say that since becoming a member of this forum I have come to realise the struggle that some people face in feeding their families. I have also realised the amount of time and effort that people have put into finding the glitches and so think that they deserve the pay off. I consider the information given on the this site and ask myself "do I need it?" If I don't need it then I don't buy it and I have wasted no money. If other people want to buy it then it is up to them. All in all I hope that people who need the food get it and those that don't, share their finds with those that do. Hope this makes sense. All in all I think this forum represents a great community of people that are willing to help each other and want to genuinly build relationships with those that would otherwise find it hard to do so.

Totally agree. Me and the OH went past our loacal radio station other day with all the left over toys. Handed them in for local kids who I think will hopefully benefit from them. With the OEp We weill use quite alot but the stuff we wouldnt use we hadned into the salvation army to user around the community.

Alot of people struggle this time of year. Makes you feel a little bit better as well :)

I can confirm OEP is working still in P0ntypr1dd Upp£r B04t store 3pm today, bought 4 x salsa wraps, 1 taco shells, 3 x mixed spice packets and 1 jar refried beans - God only knows what they taste like! I feel someone has been in since I posted last night and taken the good stuff....

Extra discount coming off too - bought a £3.29 item as well and the total bill came to ... 27p!!!!

    So over £3 off shopping...can't go wrong!:T

Hi Smart1e i managed a quick trip into the p0ntypr1dd store today about 11.30am and was sooo happy to get 3 flour, 3 corn and 3 salsa tortia's we dont really eat the other stuff, The shelves were full when i left but i had to giggle as there was a young man there on the phone to his mother i heard him say "come on mam i'm on my break, what am i supposed to be getting? and how much is this going to cost me? and then...............oh ok then :) " lol i sort of guessed his mam may have been on here and sent him out for the glitch lol.

I know a lot of my family are struggling, thats why I maxed this one out, as much as I could. I agree I dont buy things just for the sake of buying. But I will buy loads of things I will use or can share out.
