I received a Gardenia from my mother in law last week ordered from this company, it was dead. I contacted them and they apologised and are sending another one. It has put me off ordering for anyone else . Hope everyone's order is ok xJanuary

I ordered yesterday at around 5pm and today at around 8:30 am and haven't received a confirmation email yet. Is this the same for everyone? I had an acknowledgement email but nothing further. I could do with knowing as I need to get pressies for teachers otherwise...0
