I received a Gardenia from my mother in law last week ordered from this company, it was dead. I contacted them and they apologised and are sending another one. It has put me off ordering for anyone else . Hope everyone's order is ok x

I ordered yesterday at around 5pm and today at around 8:30 am and haven't received a confirmation email yet. Is this the same for everyone? I had an acknowledgement email but nothing further. I could do with knowing as I need to get pressies for teachers otherwise...

I ordered 4 about 5 minutes ago and my confirmation came through instantly. :T

Here's hoping they aren't all dead/look pathetic when they arrive!

I ordered early evening too and no email yet.

same for me and Quidco hasn't tracked either - I assumed it was confirmation but as you say it's only an acknowledgement

It says in the term of business that rather than disappoint customers they will send an item of equal or greater value if they run out of stock. Could be interesting...
