They have 4 stars for reviews on topcashback but there are a lot of mixed reviews if you google.

Worried too now, these are for Christmas presents so will also be embarrassed if they arrive and are poor quality. Keeping my fingers crossed that everything goes ok

I've ordered several times from T & M and had quite a mixed experience. I've had plug plants which have been great, bulbs and seeds that have turned into amazing plants, young plants which have been dead on arrival but a full refund was given and the free lavender just pay postage plants which were ok (two died within a couple of days) so i've ordered two Xmas plants and given them the benefit of the doubt. Fingers crossed they're fab too! I will be on the phone if they're not!

Does anyone know how long delivery usually is please? I've ordered one to be sent to a friend as a thank you, fingers crossed it arrives nice - don't want a dead plant turning up .

T&M Gifts is the company that are supplying these plants, and TCB do not offer cashback currently for them, just regular T&M.

I have ordered loads with T&M and they are always fantastic, they replaced a whole order of 84 plug plants for me after I told them only a dozen or so survived re-potting.

Also these are full grown, well established plants, no young seedlings etc, so I don't think there is any cause to worry.

Google any company for reviews and you will find both bad and good ones. Also when I rate on TCB quality of goods comes second behind the ease of tracking on TCB frankly, and T&M never track for me, I always have to put claims in and wait for my cashback, so I gave them low stars.
