    Thanks everyone for clearing everything up for me. I haven't been overpayed according to my second call to TC today because my daughter has not had any income since leaving College in September. I would have if she had claimed JSA. He did say I should have informed them when she left College and told them that she hadn't any income though. Now that she has put in a claim for IS I lose her CTC as off last week.

    don't be surprised if you get told something completely different next time you call or when you renew your TC in may though Kimberly.

    When dd was due to start uni this year I was told that even though she wasn't due to start until 8th of October my claim for CTC for her would end on 1st September even if she didn't have a job, wasn't claiming JSA and had no student loans. I was told either the only way I could get CTC for her was if she was in FE, no other way.
