Tax Credits/HB/CT and Pregnant daughter

I need some advise. My daughter is currently 29 weeks pregnant. She has just put in a claim for income support. I will have to phone Tax credits and housing benefit when we know how much she will be getting. I know that my WTC and CTC will be reduced and also my housing beneft/CT but since leaving full time education in September she has had no money such as jsa because she were told she couldn't claim as she is pregnant. The thing is i didn't tell tax credits that she didn't continue onto further education or university this year so i think that i've been getting money as if she were still in college. I had been told that because she hasn't any income my tax credits or housing benefit/CT would not be effected according to her midwife.
If i was wrong not to inform them that she had left college in september even though she didn't claim jsa will they make me repay the overpayment in large repayments or allow me to repay say £25 a week? I'm worried they will make me repay quite a bit per week.

You will lose your CTC also as your daughter will likely be claiming tax credits herself when baby is born.0

I don't mind losing money what i want to know is if i have been overpayed WTC/CTC/HB/CT when my daughter has had no income since leaving full time education in september. Also how much money do they ask you to repay an overpayments?0

How old is she?
Tax credits normally end on 31st August following the child's 16th Birthday unless they stay on in full time non-advanced education. If they do, tax credits end as soon as they stop FTNAE.
It is therefore probable that you have been overpaid if you didn't tell HMRC that your daughter was no longer in full time education (depending on her age).
I would suggest that you need to get a full benefits check done by an experienced adviser, with respect to the midwife she is unlikely to have a detailed knowledge of the interactions of the benefits system.
Try CAB first to see if they have a welfare rights adviser, rather than just a generalist adviser. They can advise you on your benefits, help you deal with any overpayment, and then advise on what your daughter should claim.
Alternatively, if you are a lone parent you could try contacting Gingerbread or a similar charity with an advice line.

She is 18, 19 next week. She left a 2 year full time college course in september this year so that would mean i've been overpayed for 3 months is that correct? I need to phone tax credits up tomorrow before i get further into the overpayments.0

are you still receiving child benefit as this should have stopped at the same time0

yes so will i only have to repay the child eliment of it?0

Who told her she couldn't claim JSA and is there any proof of this?
I stopped getting child benefit for her in september. Her midwife said that i would still be able to claim child tax credits for her whilst she is pregnant. No one told her she just didn't claim.0 -

Sorry, you did say, "she has had no money such as jsa because she were told she couldn't claim as she is pregnant".
I'm afraid that it was unwise to take advice on benefits from someone who didn't know what she was talking about.0 -

When she applied online for jsa and put down she were pregnant the result said she may not be entitled to jsa and she never got a follow up call like some of her mates did when they applied for jsa.0
