    Morning all

I did an online shop the other day - the first big shop of the year, which is pretty good for us as it sometimes feels like we live in the supermarkets. Lots of bargains to be had and I tried to buy only reduced/multibuy items of the thing we needed. My end receipt said I had saved over £40 in their reductions and multibuys!! What's more, it was late being delivered so I got a £10 voucher for my next shop. I don't think I'm going to add the £40 to my total, but I will add the £10.

Raine E Day - Wow! That M&S shop is fab. I sometimes do their Meal for 2 offers as they're quite good. Just before Christmas our store was giving vouchers out for £5 off if you spent £20 or more, so I got 2 meal deals for £15. I think in total it was an £18 saving.

CrazyRatLady - Hope your pet is OK.

**Juice** - You've just reminded me to check our local college out about getting my hair done. There was an offer on Groupon the other day - only £10 for a colour and restyle, but when I looked further 222 people had already bought the offer and I just imagined that it would be a nightmare to even get an appointment, so thought against it.

    Have a good day everyone.
  • Another £2.79 from eBay and £1.30 saved in coupons that I wouldn't normally use.

    Total now £77.49

Still waiting for one person to pay on eBay  but on my new listings I have watchers and bidders already!

    TT
  • Sorry i've not reported so far but i've now finally got off the mark -

Asda Price Guarantee Voucher used - £14.59
    Other Coupon's used - £1.00
    Survey Sites - £49
    Ebay Clear Profit - £9.52
Given by my mum (saved her £5 in Argos) - £5.00
Saving on Eggs (our chickens are all now laying! - getting about 5 a day and have been giving them away to family - may have to revise that bit!) - £5.00
Slimming World Voucher from Monday's paper (on the wagon now!) - £10

    Total - £94.11

I've signed up for some more survey sites and plan to sort some more stuff out for ebay and when I priced checked my last Asda shop, they owe me another voucher for £1.96. My coupons seem to be running low at present so I think i'll try emailing some companies with complements - worked a treat last time.

Well done to everyone for what they have achieved so far - keep it up.

I am a bit of a late starter but can I join? A lovely lady on another forum keeps mentioning this thread and all the little ideas so I pulled my finger out and thought I would take a look/join up.

I want to make £2012 from extras such as ebay/books/clothes/gate eggs/surverys etc and I will be popping it into its own account to pay off whatever is left of my CC debt before the 0% expires in December,

Anyway hi and I started this year off with £4 in eggs sales this week so far. I have a load of things up on ebay and I have just asked for a sack from the clothes place.

    £4/£2012

We've been lucky that our girls have continued to lay during the winter but its been so mild!
I'd offer some eggs on your doorstep and if its just enough to buy the feed then thats one less cost for you!

Around here most sell a dozen eggs from £1.50 to £2.

We lost one of our girls (only 7 months old) over the weekend but hubby noticed someone offering 2 18month old girls for free on the sales and wants board at work so it's saved me £30 and fuel to get to our supplier!
We got them last night and they have already laid this morning. The other 3 aren't so impressed with the new comers but it's not as bad as I was expecting!

Now we are up to 5 birds - 4 of which are prolific layers I forsee a little table and blackboard being set up outside the house!
