The slots this time are 6pm till 11pm then the second one is 7.30pm till 11pm so giving people longer but staggering start times. All of my friends/family have the 6pm slot (about 10) and havent known that happen before which is why i thought the time would of shifted on by now.

Bizarre! My little gang, (approx 8 of them) are still waiting! Can't imagine they have all been unlucky this time? We'll see I suppose!!

Any idea what time they will stop sending slots tonight? I keep checking my account like one will magically appear. Im not complaining as I have had one every sale for past 5 years or so, just strange I pay off my account and now I don't get one. I knew I should have got my slot first lol

I have a slot but the link doesn't work. I spoke to CS and they advised that Windows is not working properly at the moment and it may not be until tomorrow. She suggested I downloaded another programme - which I haven't done!! However - on a positive note not many people are able to sign on because of this and so by the time they fix the problem there may still be lots of space left!

Everytime there is a next sale, people start to ring customer services, its obvious they are fobbing you off.It doesnt get you an invite, you either get one or you dont.It happens every year, dont people ever learn??
When its confirmed people havnt got one the posts will start about there only being rubbish in the sales and the quality being poor and how they have been a loyal customer and will now take their business elsewhere.Its so predictable and boring.Cant we have some posts about what we are planning to purchase in the sales, when the first deliveries will be and how long it takes the system to crash when it goes live.

update!! spent all day on laptop looking at the previews, ive got a 4 loist on A4 & js had to ring c.s 2 increase my credit limit but they wouldnt, so added £500 on the acc, but its not a waste cos thats me & 5 kids kitted out till summer 2013.Just hope the order goes thru & doesnt go oos

In the past theyv honoured my orders even when they took me over the credit limit, they just upped the limit to match it.I kit the whole family out and buy some nice bed linen.I have been considering buying some of the christmas decorations for next year.

I just phoned customer services and asked where my e-mail was as I haven't got it yet and that I can't log in directly into register for the VIP sale through my account either, and they said I was selected and would get an invite, but that they are having problems sendind out the e-mails and he appologised lots and said they would probably come out tomorrow, and that not many have been sent out today. Might just be being fobbed off or might be true that not many invites have made it out yet. Feeling very frustrated as I WANT TO BOOK MY SLOT!!! Not feeling hopeful I'll get a 6pm slot on the 22nd which is the 1st slot.....

Still waiting for mine, I assume I will get one cos have for the last few years and spent more this year than ever but you never know I suppose.

Just fed up of checking every 30minutes or so. In a way it wouldn't be a bad thing if I don't get a slot as I just spend spend spend.
Doesn't stop me looking all the time.

Me too!

My hubby however is rejoicing at the fact I havn't got a slot! No more panic attacks at 6pm when the site won't load, temper tantrums when the basket empties, the hundreds of parcels that arrive on Christmas eve when there's nowhere to put anything! Bahh humbug to him, but to be fair, I've had a slot every year, and every sale since about 2004, so I cannot complain about not getting one this time! Thankfully I don't NEED anything, and 2 of my children won't wear clothes from Next anymore!
