Has anyone only just managed to book a slot via their account who could not do so earlier. Trying to work out if I should give up or keep trying!0

I've been checking since midday and nothing, presume I wn't get one, just wish I knew for sure so I didn't waste another day checking emails/account like a wally!0 -

I phoned customer services but didn't get much joy. Wouldn't tell me anything other than. If you usually get a slot you will probably get one. Emails have been put on hold until tomorrow as there has been a problem.
He would not confirm I had a slot or allow me to book one over the phone. Basically told to wait until tomorrow.0 -
cant get slot but did ring next earlier and spoke to a nice lady that told me slots are available from 12 today up until wednesday.
so said emails are going to be sent out till wednesday.
she did confirm i am on the vip list but said i was further down the list so i will be one of the later people to recieve a slot.
i bet the people that have spent loads get first dabs,i must say i havent spent that much with them this year.
anyway yeah do bother to keep checking as you maybe the same as me and just further down the list.0 -

According to the Next facebook page (with a next rep answering), no emails have been sent out??!!0

Yay! I have email confirmation for Thursday - but boo - when I click on the link it says that I am not a chosen one and won't let me log on! Extremely confused - has anyone else had this problem?0
