    Sorry my surname starts with W and I have a slot. Keep trying, fingers crossed for you.

  • Hmm, jsut did a call back with CS, as and they said emails will be going out at 1pm...
  • Just spoke to someone else in customer Services via ringback (Quite snotty) who said i have to wait for my link via the e-mail which could be any day this week not necessarily today!! When i told her my friends were able to book a slot direct through the viplink she said this was incorrect information (Don't think so!) Fobbed off again!! Keep trying!!!

    No didn't get the chance to opt for selection this time. rang customer services this am and was told i was eligible and would be offered a slot later today when the e-mails come out!! Still can't get one!!:mad:
  • I knew I'd get one due to my credit limit being rapidly increased. I've got 1000's which I don't use.

    Had one for every sale now for ages. I'm in the middle of the alphabet. I always get the email hours after. Still haven't had the email, but booked at 12.

    I think a lot of people get fobbed off. AFAIK, NEXT can just say things like, you have been selected to get you off the phone. They'd rather you argue with another rep about no slot.

    They "release" them in batches, afaik, if the original quota isn't filled, they start asking other people.
