with the new regulations and official parking agents - does this change the advice to ignore these letters. I don't want to have to pay £90 plus costs. thanks jo

Makes no difference providing you are the registered keeper of the vehicle, the changes that have come in gives an opportunity to challenge and cost the parking companies money, but if you are not prepared to fight or go the advanced route it's best to ignore.
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

An unenforceable charge against a driver has not suddenly become enforceable now it 'can' be aimed at a registered keeper if the driver isn't known. Now 2 people can ignore it, driver and keeper!
