BA fly First Class to Cairo & Tel Aviv. Qatar Airways also fly First Class to Cairo.0 -
I read it as two separate comments - ie the OP flys First on long haul, or business in Europe (where there typically isn't a first class service).
However, it's worth remembering that certainly airlines (typically american ones) call their short haul product 'first class'.

Bless you, you have a lot to learn. Indeed I do have a fair bit of experience in travelling in the premium classes, although I now choose to stick to Club as I find First rather stifling.
