First class travel and cheap don't appear in the same sentence.
There are a few agents who offer cheap tickets by booking you flights using someone else's frequent flyer miles, but I wouldn't trust them.
Trailfinders have dedicated First and Business agents, and you can usually unlock cheaper fares yourself by booking a hotel with your flights.

If you only ever fly in First longhaul you should already probably know this, and money shouldn't be a problem.
If someone else pays your flights you should have earned enough frequent flyer miles to take yourself in First for 'free'.

My employer pays for long haul business which gets me enough miles to take me and the wife on holiday in business (and recently first). I could never really justify the cash for the same tickets.

there is no first class on short haul flights in Europe, so you clearly do not do as you said.

    Odd.
  • Out of interest, any suggestions on the shortest route that offers first class? I would guess Cairo, or Moscow when BA start to offer a LH product on that route?

I read it as two separate comments - ie the OP flys First on long haul, or business in Europe (where there typically isn't a first class service).

However, it's worth remembering that certainly airlines (typically american ones) call their short haul product 'first class'.

I read it as a REALLY poor attempt at a wind up. ;)

Yes I do know all off the above.I pay for all my flights & use my miles. But you are never too rich to seek out cheaper alternatives, only stupid not to.
