well had a problem with mine i chose for it to be delivered on saturday but they came today and just left it in the porch no signed for or nothing!!

but luckily i came home and saw it and also every piece is intact no smashed santa or missing goods so im happy enough

Have to say I ordered the £150 hamper at half price, through cashback. Came within 48 hours with free delivery and was complete and no probs. Whenever I have had a problem with Thorntons deliveries you usually get to keep the damaged goods to do with what you want and a speedy replacement. CS are usually very good.

My replacement santa arrived via yodel today,wrapped in a big box with loads of brown paper...and yeh He is all in the one piece. ,
so intact santa back in the hamper for sisters family,smashed Santa out the hamper for me.;)

Like others, my Santa was also smashed to pieces despite the boxes being intact. Humph. Have emailed so hopefully will get a positive response today - shame because the rest looks lovely!
