found first 1 in bin at 10pm, second one arrived at 9am the following morning, so no time to call before 2nd one arrived. I did not want 2 fax machines.
when i was told i could keep both as it was not cost effective to collect either i even asked her how come as surely to collect at £55 machine would be worth the courier cost, be she said it would not be worth to them, so i gave the second machine to a local community group that helps disabled children
