Believe me they will want 40% of anything net that you take home. So forget 30%, they ll take the full 40

I think that the difficulty comes if she stays quite often, and she starts to contribute to your household.
If you can prove that she doesnt contribute than you have nothing to worry about.
The more she stays, then the more she possibly contributes. Also the more she stays the more likely it is that your ex will advise the csa that your girlfriend has moved in with you0 -
Its just another CSA rule that is there just to the N.R.P. down even more!! What really gets me is i am a paying customer to the CSA not the other way round who are they to tell me who stays at my house and when and for how long, Another rule introduced by the coservative party that does not promote marriage and family values!! But as our prime minister stated in the sunday telegraph on fathers day last year, that me and people like me (dead beat dads) who pay maintenance but don't see there kids should be shunned from society and treat as outcasts!!! I honestly think that alot of M.P's think that about us as not one M.P. from any party spoke out against that statement!!! So we don't stand a chance against the CSA!!

Neither matters when it doesnt get paid at all!On a mission0 -
Most of the N.R.P's on this site do pay a fair bit in most cases alot more than they should due to the clowns at the CSA not doing there job properly!!! and being anti N.R.P. Under the rules i am on at the moment If i get married my Maintenance would go up by about £120 amonth, but Mr Cameron would give me a £150 a year tax relief!! What should i do????? LOL0

The answer is simple for the time being, don't get married.
Dont let her move in full time either, at least not officially.
I know its not ideal at all, but we are where we are, or rather you are where you are.0 -
How do you know if your on CSA1 , 2 OR 3???0

In essence: If you're being taken to the cleaners and CSA behaves as if they're above the law = you're on CSA1 :rotfl:
Also, if your case commenced before 2003 and you never got notified they were moving your case to a new system it's likely you're CSA1 unless the PWC has ever (temporarily) closed the case or a new PWC got added to it after 2003.
Nobody is on CSA3 yet, it's still on the way0
