TalkTalk - all bad???

I'm in the process of moving and, funds being extremely tight, was thinking of going with talktalk's broadband/phone deal. Just looking at some of he posts on here it's looks like it's a no-no.....just wondering if anyone's getting on ok with them??

We have been with them for 4 years now, and have had very few problems, the technical team sorted things out very quickly. I have read so many negative comments about TalkTalk
but frankly We have nothing but praise for them.
(hope its not famous last words!!)
