I havent got the skills to have more than one identity.
The weird fella would always outnumber me anyway.
I may make one closer to the time i start house hunting, so dont be surprised to see MrRee having a pop at Johnny Lowball:).
Or are you MrRee and this is a trap;)0 -
Strange. It appears as if house prices are in fact selling, and house prices have in fact fallen.
The originator should have done some research.0 -

You would have thought, wouldn't you - that someone of 31 years old would have better things to do......
I'm old, I have lived my life .... I didn't even think about those in their 80's when I was 31 - as for creating mickey mouse accounts to attack someone so old would have been considered extremely sad .... even back in the 50's!
Ever so slightly worrying ... not that I care that much anywayBringing Happiness where there is Gloom!0 -
show me one place in britain where prices are up 20% since september
come on...use land registry data to show us.....
here's your link, sibley......
I couldn't do that.
I know in general when using these type of data figures prices will show a small drop.
However, I don't think any of them really represent a true picture of the market. Odd pockets of des res areas do make really good money and sell instantly. We love Sarah O Grady0 -

how about this as a better guide of house prices in shere
http://www.zoopla.co.uk/house-prices/shere/hook-lane/
average price paid in last 5 years - 995,000
period 2-3 bed houses in that shere (like the one i showed) go for well over 500,000....and nearer 750,000....believe me...i have lived near the village for 20 years...so i do know....
here's the ones currently for sale
http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/Shere.html?sortByPriceDescending=false&sortByRelevance=false&displayPropertyType=houses&oldDisplayPropertyType=houses
the house i rent was "valued" at 500,000 in 2010. i know that because it was in probate and i asked the county valuer when he came round. it last sold in 2002 for 400,000 (i checked)...and prices in surrey are currently insane....but i am paying only 1100 pcm in rent....
sorry if you don't like it0 -

I think most people agree zoopla is rubbish the house in Shere is one of the smallest 2 bed houses on road and the house Dorking is a 3 bed semi and I would say are at the lower end of prices in both roads.
Looking at Shere in general house worth £500k rent for about £2k a month.
