  • £7.70 per adult plus £3.35 per child (Rail, Tube, Tram, DLR and Bus) per day

Not quite correct if you buy your 1 day Off Peak Travelcards and use your Family & Friends railcard the price comes down to £5.30 per adult and £2 per child per day.

But these Travelcards need to purchased from a Railway station and not an Underground station :(, their still valid for use on Rail, Tube, Tram, DLR and Bus.:D

Part of the Furniture 10,000 Posts Name Dropper
Go to the mainline rail ticket office, which is on the western side of the concourse IIRC (the right hand side as you exit the platforms).
You can't confuse them, as the tube ticket office is at a lower level, marked 'London Underground', and entirely separate.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

Sorry to have caused confusion and also not to have answered your question earlier, had an intense and stressful day.

To get the discounted tickets just follow the advice macman stated couldn't have put it into better words myself.

Is that because the railcard can only be used at a railway station office and not the underground?
