    Long time no see, and glad to see things have improved in the long 5 years that I've known you. I totally agree with your current view on things. You definitely deserve to be a happy, fulfilled new you.

    Milann, the friend to which you refer was very very ill. She is thankfully out of hospital after a month, and is recovering at home. It will be a long journey for her, and has definitely contributed to my current way of thinking.

    So....was on a bit of a high after the class last night - am truly loving it! Did wonder if I would be able to sleep last night, but actually was out like a light and got a full 6 hours which is incredibly good for me. Shame the alarm went off, really!

    I too feel your pain about losing a good friend. I lost my best friend over her wedding. I said some things that I shouldn't but then depression does make you over honest, but we never got back on track after that. I could never make it right. I have tried. But whenever I get back in touch, there is a flurry of messages back and forth and then when it is her turn to carry them on, she doesn't. I have sadly concluded that she doesn't want me in her life and I hate it.

    And it doesn't help that I don't have that many to lose either.

    happy new diary hypno (a little belated - sorry!)! I look forward to reading the next adventures :)

    I have learnt so much from your diaries and you have helped me on my own journey - probably without realising. A huge thank you and a big :beer: for the next phase! Hurrah!

    PS - I'm with you on the photos. I have never had many in this house while I lived with ex(s!). And this must be put right, along with more pretty things in general. It will all be MSE of course, but, darlings, I am also bloody well worth it! :D (and it no longer suits me :) to have to compromise in that area - I will cut back elsewhere instead)

    I am quite pleased with the photos that were taken yesterday.....I hadn't really taken too much notice of how much the weight loss had stayed off over the last year. That's maybe sounding a little strange, because of course I know that I haven't put more than a couple of lbs back on in the course of the year, and I have been fairly aware, what with going to the gym etc, of my size and shape, but until I saw the photos yesterday, I don't think I really took it in. :D

    Although, I went out for lunch yesterday and again today......so need to keep it all in check!!
