Yes, a late champagne fuelled night which was fun, followed by a bit of insomnia, which was not so fun, means that I start my day a little on the absolutelyfreakinknackered side.

Well I've got a week off in Feb so I think I'm going to aim for 8. Start date for me will be this Friday (pay day is start of month!).
I think the lack of sleep was due to an evening coffee which was a bit silly but I needed to be awake for the evening!

Four cups of strong coffee yesterday to stay alert during a training course - result was up at 3:30 this morning staring at the clock! - methinks today it's one coffee only, followed by lots of herbal tea and warm water!4 YEARS 10 MONTHS DEBT FREE!!!
