DFF, I do believe in hypnosis, but you HAVE to want to genuinely give up smoking - like everything in life, you cannot force it - hypnosis will help you if you want to do it, not if you feel that you should do it, if that makes sense.

Don't be afraid to ask any questions of your hypnotherapist before you go - you must feel comfortable with them and if you feel any way uneasy then you won't get the best out of your session.

Good luck with it, and let us know how you get on!

Done it!!! 5 weeks now. A few cravings - but the best money I've ever spent. Did I tell you- I'm a non smoker ;0)
:rotfl::j:j. Feel so much fitter. Have put on six pound though. But that can be dealt with in the summer. I'm loving the new non smoking me!

Just nipping in to say that I have given up my credit cards for Lent..... They have been handed over to a colleague and placed in a locked safe to which I have no key.

LK Bennett and Hobbs have been informed and their staff put on notice of potential job losses as a result.

I've also given up chocolate as usual.....

But I've not given up smiling :D .
