Very costly item not arrived from Amazon

I placed an order 26th Nov. It's now 3rd Dec & the order still hasn't arrived. Payment has been taken. Payment was on my credit card. Item is a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 - so is therefore very costly. I think the cheapest one is £400. Where do i stand, as i doubt they would just accept me saying i've not yet received it when…
