I've just dug my juicer out of the cupboard where it was gathering dust, and started reusing it. Is there anything i can do with the leftover pulp after juicing the fruit? it seems such a waste to through it away.
i thought veg pulp could maybe be used to make stock for soup?not sure what to do with the fruit though, guessing there would still be some goodness in it

Hi alliyo,
This earlier thread may help:
Pulp from juicer
I'll add your thread to that one later to keep the suggestions together.

Hi there, a few ideas spring to mind.
What about adding the pulp to cake recipes, apple cake, muffins.
You could make smoothies and add the pulp.
Another idea is to use in natural yoghurt like making your own muller corners
Add to porridge for breakfast.

I'm afraid the only idea presenting itself to me is compost!
A chutney made without any of the juices of the fruit/vegetable sounds like a pretty barren thing.
