Oh! I have a juicer too and also wondered that (but my instruction book said to store veg and fruit separate and is good to add to soups/stews/casseroles etc)
Only thing is it's such a pain in the bum to clean the machine out. You practically need a degree to know how to take it apart

I'm afraid the only idea presenting itself to me is compost!
A chutney made without any of the juices of the fruit/vegetable sounds like a pretty barren thing.
