If the hat slips down over someones eyes while they are carrying something heavy (like the giant tins of sweets on sale at this time of year) and they stumble or slip and drop the tin on a customers foot then its the managers fault for enforcing this stupidity for the sake of his pathetic power trip and if i was the shop worker involved i would make sure the customer knew this was down to the manager forcing the shop assistants to wear these stupid hats.0 -
It's for Charity...Its not a hardship www.itv.com/textsanta
seems a shame that someone would object doing something so trivial, especially at this time of year
Emotional blackmail anyone?
Bet you dont say the same thing when you are approached by a chugger in the street.
People are quite capable of giving to charity without seeing someone forced to wear a hat to publicise it.
People might think twice about giving though if they think there is bullying involved as in bullying people into wearing hats and threatening them with a disciplinary if they dont.0
