I can't find it online or in my local store at all
I wont be using the more expensive brands, as £3 for cocoa powder is silly!

that's ok -it might be old, but if you are having problems finding the product, then it's still useful to add to the thread - someone may have current info0

I find now with the supermarkets chopping and changing if you can afford to then when its on offer or reduced especially stuff like cocoa its worth stocking up.Tescos had an offer of garlic olive oil a couple of weeks ago at a pound a bottle so I snaffled three as I really like it .Its now gone back up to 1.50 so I'm glad I stocked up0

Hi, I started the thread originally as I couldn't find it anymore, but they did eventually bring it back again. So just as Jackie suggested above, I bought loads to see me through. I only have three left so i'll keep my eye out for it again as I use it loads in cakes etc0 -
My tesco shows it online at 99p/250g but it is a 10 mile round trip - the village co-op on the other hand has Bournville for £3.60ish so we are making do with drinking chocolate in buns - subbing quarter of sugar for ancient MrT value drinking stuff.'If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need' Marcus Tullius Cicero0

Tesco Everyday Value Reduced Fat Cocoa Powder has been discontinued. This was confirmed today by Tesco customer service. "It didn't make a profit for Tesco."
Does anyone know of an alternative low-fat cocoa powder that doesn't cost the moon?0 -

Sainsbury's do a reasonably priced 'drinking chocolate' which is just good quality cocoa powder and sugar, I didn't much like it as a drinking chocolate but found it was fantastic for making brownies with-just reduce or omit the sugar in the recipe. Xx0 -
Oh what a shame about Tesco cocoa powder being discontinued, I'm on my last one. I'll try sainsburys drinking choc then and let you know how I get on.0
