Holding back eBay feedback to ransom

  • If you have a problem with the item ie it is unsealed, contact the seller and tell them. Work out with the seller a satisfactory outcome. You are not a fully happy customer so how can the seller say that this is a positive experience if they have displeased the customer.

As a seller i leave feedback after i know that the customer is happy with the transaction. As a buyer i leave feedback after i receive item and it is as expected. So far i have only ever had to neg people for non payment. I think i have the Amazon mindset about feedback. If i get it good, if i don't i don't really care.
