How does this stop them charging? Paypal eventually goes on to my CC anyway.
Unless it's a subscription setup they can't adjust the value of the payment once it's gone through.

Same goes for any other paypal merchant - Zavvi messed up my order and had to cancel it and place it again myself. Sounds like their system messed quite a few of the DKNY offers up by only taking £18 initially - the guy on the phone knew straight away.

That's why I always use Paypal if there are any in demand/glitchy type codes going around - because some places void the code and try to charge the whole lot to your card - with paypal it would just be cancelled :)

So it wouldnt affect the original payment---in my case the £5 "Free" voucher was then charged to my CC. (im still trying to get it back)?
  • Groupon are a JOKE (as if we didn't know that already).

Used my £5 credit from the email on Santa letters. Already had £6 credit in there. At time of payment everything was as it should be.

Checking my account later, find it took my £6 credit and said the £5 expired.

Emailed Groupon who sent a gibberish email about cancelling the order and refunding the credit (?) to which i replied saying what?! (basically)

He replies saying sorry for the gibberish i have now refunded the credit.

2 days later, no credit. Durrrr. So simple yet Groupon make it so hard!
    Internet earnings:
    Swagbucks - £748
    InstaGC -£73
    Nielsen Mobile - £70
    Mobile Trends - £19.50
    iPoll - £15

Both Groupon and Graze have mucked up this offer, Graze started charging, despite the fact that I cancelled in plenty of time. Im mad with both companies.. Check your accounts in case theyve done the same.

same here.. a bit of a scam. they are charging you for future deliveries even with £5 groupon code and not giving you the option to cancel.
