Nothing received for me either - have just spent far too long on the phone trying to actually speak to someone - had 10 minutes of dead air and then spoke to someone who just said 'sorry I can't help - nothing to do with me - I can ask someone to give you a call if you like!' :mad:

Have emailed all their available addresses in the hope that someone there can read!

They're only down the bl00dy road from me - they could have walked it here quicker :mad:

When I spoke to them on the phone, she was able to tell me when it was despatched and where my order was.
They should've been able to do that for you.

I placed my order on the 2nd and only recieved it yesterday.

I hope you get your order.

I ordered something that was supposed to be a christmas present on 4/12 and still haven't got anything, absolute joke. Sent them an email query on 12/12 and was told it had been dispatched on the 6th and should be with me by the end of that week...still no sign. Emailed them again, no reply and line was always busy so sent yet another email on the 20th (which again they never bothered to reply to) and fortunately two days later managed to get through to customer services, where the guy told me that it had apparently been dispatched on the 12th (?!!) and that 'peoples' who were showing as dispatched on the 9th were just being received' so assured me mine should have got here by Xmas eve latest...although he still offered me a refund which I thought was a bit weird? Anyway I decided to hang on, luckily I'm not seeing the person I need this for until Thurs so I've still got some time...but still no sign!!

Shocking service, first of all the whole delivery time - I fail to understand how it takes over a week just to even dispatch something that is apparently in stock when ordered; giving customers misleading/false delivery times; totally ignoring two emails; having a customer service line that 90% of the time is busy (no doubt with people in similar situations due to their inept service) and overall spectacularly failing to deliver items at a time when most obviously will be presents!!

I'm not usually the type to make a big deal but I've worked in customer service myself and the service I've had so far from store twenty one is total rubbish so I feel like making a point of shouting about it - hardly anyone I know has heard of them but I have made sure to tell everyone about how useless they have been and neither I or anyone I know will be using them again that's for sure!

PS If anyone has twitter @STORETWENTYONE they might take some notice of complaints where everyone can see them on there...

I'm still waiting for 1 order from 2nd December 2 gift sets, a little late for christmas may come in handy for 2012! I've emailed them, awaiting a reply.
