Hmm, I got an email last Monday stating that my order had been dispatched. Not had anything yet though which is strange. I emailed them and got an email back saying it had been dispatched on the 6th too and they said it should arrive this week?

Placed quite a few orders (Understatement) and have received NONE at all. I didnt register so have no idea what status my orders are sat at. Been 10 days for me also and not one delivery. Hmmmm!

I also made only 1 order (2 boys jumpers for DS) and have not recieved anything.

i tried to email store twenty one but my email have bounced back saying it could not be delivered.

If you replied to an email from them then the address is wrong (for email to be sent to anyway) there is a 't' missing from 'twenty'. I tried to email them about a missing item in an order i made but it bounced, had to email them copying the email from their contact us page.

I have received everything i was expecting apart from one gift box for one order that i received everything else in. But i have heard nothing about them not being able to send it. :mad: plus i have already paid for it!

Has anyone whose order numbers are between 49700 - 50300 received their orders yet?

Mine were all within that range, and I have yet to hear anything since the confirmation email.

I tried ringing them earlier and it was engaged, but whenever it did ring no one answered.

My order num was 43... but I haven't received it yet.

Got another email from them before, this time a little different stating that I should recieve my parcel by 'the end of this week'.

Received 3 orders to my own address, but ordered 1 item (cushion) to be sent to MIL's address and so far nothing. See how it goes.

The money for my orders was debited from my account on 6th Dec but still no sign of the orders
For those that have received orders, when was the money debited from your accounts?

Received my order yesterday , just after i had emailed them. Only 1 item in order though. Emailed them about other item , they replied saying it was out of stock and would get refund. Would have been 1.99 so got refund of 26p.
For anyone waiting just email them with your order number , they are quick to reply.

Still waiting too. Didn't register so can't check order status but money was taken a while ago. Fingers crossed. (Can't even remember what I ordered now:D)
