still dont have mine, i was going to phone this morning, but customer services is only open monday-friday.

I had to buy somethings from Sainsburys clothing yesterday as a back up.

Myself and 4 relatives placed orders, four of them have arrived one of them hasn't, we only got dispatch emails for two of the orders. Two of the orders we have received say dispatched on our account page, the other two we've got still say released for dispatch.

I haven't contacted them yet, been having PC/Internet problems which will hopefully be solved soon(been saying that since Tuesday!:D)

(Been practising for X- Factor though:rotfl:)

I will be pleased if my get my order, but very annoyed they took my money so quickly.

Does anyone have an order number AFTER mine that has received it? If there is then I will ring them asap!

I really want mine before xmas though, its not presents but I ordered a onesie I would like to have for xmas eve!

hurm, number seems to be engaged!

Got through in the end. The woman on the end of the phone confused me a bit, she said, "the item was sent for dispatch to Royal Mail, but seems as you havent had it yet, I will send you a refund. If the items arrive you can keep them"

I didnt know what to say, so I said, but they have defo been dispatched? She said yes, but you can have a refund anyway, so I said ok.

Still none the wiser as to if I will ever get my order or not! But at least it wont have cost me anything and I have my back up presents now, which arent as good but will have to do.
