I didnt get a reply to my e-mail which I sent about a week ago, best to give them a call.

No reply to my email, so I phoned, took me ages to get through, was engaged for a very long time, then when it did ring, I thought they would never answer!

Anyhoo, I placed my order on the 2nd, she said it was despatched on the 4th and has been in a Royal Mail depot about 30 miles away since the 14th.

She said she would refund me, 2 mins later I get an email saying my order has now been despatched.

Will I get my refund, will I get my order? Who knows.:D

Just had our parcel delivered, no dispatched email or anything and it was ordered on 2nd December.

Ohh I feel this whole saga might go on for a while yet. I would still like to get my order, but I have my back ups now.

Order arrived at 8am today.:)

Very pleased with it, 2 outfits for a friends new baby.

I bought them in a bigger size, I was beginning to think they might fit him by the time they arrive.:D

I've just had a reply to my email saying it was delivered to my local depot on the 16th and should be with me shortly.:D

I ordered on the 3rd December, rang up today, apparantly it was dispatched on the 12th December and I should receive it today or tomorrow...

Well it didnt come today, hoping for tomorrow! Not likely to order from them again though, although I do appreciate there was a high volume of orders.

Hope its worth it!
