does anyone have the links to the eat rulings? they might give me some insight into how my employer approaches the tribunal0

No there aren't any. Tribunal decisions don't set legal precedents so they are of little use anyway. Every case is different.
Whilst tribunals may not set legal precedent's for someone new to tribunals reading up on previous cases can be invaluable as they will give a very good insight into how tribunals make the decisions they do. Which will help the Claimant prepare and present their case should they decide to represent themselves.
What is often forgotten by some on here is that many Claimants represent themselves and some of them do actually win.
Also their is a very good HR Website that provides short summaries of numerous tribunals cases of all types from up and down the country. The summaries are excellent and well worth reading for anyone looking to represent themselves at a hearing, as they will provide a good basis for further reading when comes to decisions made by the EAT. If anyone would like a link please send me PM.0 -

When the tribunal sends it to you.0 -
I was just wondering what defence the employer put on the ET3, that will give you a clue as to how they intend to approach. They have 28 days to respond from when the court sent them details so hopefully you'll get something early in the new year.0

Is it possible for me to find out when it was sent as ive heard nothing from them yet?0 -
They will send it to you when they receive it and when it is processed. Courts are closed now! You will have to be patient.0

It'll be well over the 28 days. Companies stretch this out for the full period in order to formulate their defence and then send it back. With email being accepted, they'll send it back on the 27th day. Then the ETS need to process it and that'll take a day or two..0 -
I've always arranged for ergonomic chairs to be moved if the employee reminds me. People have a resposnsibility to look after themselves.
However. Are you sure the policy was not followed? OccHealth is not automatic in law. What steps does the policy say MUST happen, and SHOULD happen, and which then happened?Debt free 4th April 2007.
New house. Bigger mortgage. MFWB after I have my buffer cash in place.0
