But if you need your chair and desk on an everyday basis to do your job, would you not therefore need it for a course lasting 6 - 8 weeks ? Why didn't you ask for it to be there for you ? Surely you need an explanation of why you've been dismissed before looking to take this any further ?0 -
If your employer has dismissed you with no explanation then don;t worry, you will win the EA hands down.
But this never happens. they ALWAYS tell you why in the letter or conversation you had letting you know you are dismissed.
What aren;t you telling us?0 -

they said business delivery was suffering and an extra burden was being placed on colleagues. when i asked for evidence of this they havnt been able to provide anything. they then go and ask for over 50 fixed term staff to help meet targets0 -

departmental policy states that the working environment should not cause or contribute to ill health, so i assumed that the chair and the raised desk would folow. we also had to change rooms halfway through the course. i wouldnt have been able to raise the desk myself and obviously the adjustments work best together.0 -
by the way - ive heard there are online records of tribunals. does anyone know any links ?0

No there aren't any. Tribunal decisions don't set legal precedents so they are of little use anyway. Every case is different.0 -
Best you will get are EAT outcomes.Don’t be a can’t, be a can.0

OP was the training course an internal or external training course, and was it held on your employers premises?0
