Here you are, I'll help out. This is very wrong:
"The legal definition of a disability is an impairment that may last up to 12 months."
And this, regarding an internal appeal:
"a Tribunal pre-hearing may enforce this before any full hearing can take place."
Are you a qualified lawyer who has specialised in employment law? Or did you mean CIPD qualified / other HR qual? Or did you mean an employment law specialist? Not having a go, I'm genuinely interested.

kiki - I have an LLM and am a practising Lawyer. I am currently on Maternity leave - hence my presence on this site. I was missing the job and wanted to do something helpful whilst off on leave and whilst I was on the site, decided to help out with some guidance for the posters.
