Hi all
I had two bingo wins over the weekend so I've put the money in the pot. No roadkill so far this week. Did spot a penny but it was lying in the middle of a busy road so I wasn't able to nab it.
I have several jars in use at the moment. A big sweet jar for £1's or anything larger and five little pots for all other coins so they are already separated. The idea is to wait until the little jars are full then cash them up and put it in the big jar. These were on the window sill in our living room but I became aware that someone might see me and realise that there was a potential money pot that could be nicked so I have moved them to the fireplace where prying eyes can't see them.
Happy potting everyone!#19 Save £12K in 2019 challenge. Target = £10,000. Progress = £1136.09/10,000 (11.36%)

£2 in the pot tonight.:j
Been to watch DD1 play in a concert at School. She is in the concert band. Bless them they were all in Christmas hats. She was not amused:rotfl:
3 local primary schools joined them too, it was lovely and all Christmasy. Took some of mum and dad's friends with them too and they all enjoyed it saying they miss going to things like that because their kids are too old now.
Hope all are well and keeping warm on this cold night. Take care everyone.;)[SIZE=2]SPC4 #1395 Aug 11 £135.75/£150

Hi sazsimpson, you're ok as you're a member already and are No 1184, if you could kindly pop it on your signature I'd be be very grateful. Thanks.
Thanks Observer, though it was meant to read that I have asked fermi to lock it, which she's done. Hopefully, I'll be seeing you there next year!:)
Hi LC 2, for the 2nd year Stunty has been missing, he's also not answered PMs from both sparky and myself. A great shame, but nothing else we can do.
quintwins, why not try to put your money into something that's covered or, as nanto3girls says, put it in a drawer.
Well done ModestyB and Flip1.
Hi honeybear68, the SPC for 2012 is in full swing and this is the thread. However, if you have savings from last year (up to 1st December) then let me know now please as I'm just about to put the Grand Total on for everyone to see!!!:D
So it's not bad luck at all then mcjordi, but a saving grace for you perhaps. All best wishes for money in your pocket - and in your POT!!
Very wise indeed, Elle1267, best to play it safe!
Oh, mumof3plusoh, I can only imagine how proud you were to have watched and listened to your DD, so very Christmassy for certain. That is the trouble when kiddies grow, a lot of the magic of such delights goes too. Some wonderful savings everyone, I can only say keep it up! You'll be delighted you did this time next year and it soon goes by. Have a wonderful Wednesday.
