  • Hello everyone! I am back! Sorry I have been a little AWOL however I have been in hospital having my baby! :j another little girl born on Saturday weighing 7 lb 4 oz, she was 2 weeks early.

(and if anyone is wondering... Yes I did scan the carpark for road kill when we arrived at the hospital Saturday morning at 5:30 ! Lol! None! Gutted!)

What fantastic news! Congratulations! :THave you decided on a name for your baby girl yet?

Bad news about roadkill though, I can't believe you were looking for it on the hospital carpark probably between contractions! :rotfl:How dedicated is that :)

Today I've potted a few coppers change from last night's food shopping but I've held onto my last £10 note until the weekend. Anything left on Saturday night will be potted. However, a lovely 6p shop kill courtesy of Mr M last night (mental note: must try shopping after 5pm again as I can never find any during my morning shopping expeditions. The cleaner must get there first :( )

<<HUGS>> to sue-uu sorry you're not feeling well, hope you feel much better soon.

Happy potting everyone! And welcome to the Newbies!

 Hello everyone! I am back! Sorry I have been a little AWOL however I have been in hospital having my baby! :j another little girl born on Saturday weighing 7 lb 4 oz, she was 2 weeks early.

So I have just totalled it all up and I have ended up having a no spend week! So the two 50p pieces that were in my purse are now sat in my pot. It's getting nice and heavy now :D I wonder how long I can go without having to go out and spend any money.... Hmmmm.....:)

And as we have another girl, we don't have to buy any (well many :p) new clothes as I saved all of DD1 clothes some of which she only wore once or twice before she grew too big. So MS in ways I never thought possibly :rotfl: I plan to e...bay the clothes once DD2 grows out of them and save this money in a separate sealed pot which I plan to spend on getting the girls bedroom furniture.

Hope you are feeling better Sue-UU and that lily has gotten over the dreaded pox Jakes-mum.

Keep up the good work everyone!

Only 7p in the pot last night but, if my maths is correct, 7p a day = £25.62 in a leap year! If the 50Ps and £1s are still in my purse on Friday they can go in as well.
