Today I've potted a few coppers change from last night's food shopping but I've held onto my last £10 note until the weekend. Anything left on Saturday night will be potted. However, a lovely 6p shop kill courtesy of Mr M last night (mental note: must try shopping after 5pm again as I can never find any during my morning shopping expeditions. The cleaner must get there first )

So I have just totalled it all up and I have ended up having a no spend week! So the two 50p pieces that were in my purse are now sat in my pot. It's getting nice and heavy now I wonder how long I can go without having to go out and spend any money.... Hmmmm.....:)

And as we have another girl, we don't have to buy any (well many ) new clothes as I saved all of DD1 clothes some of which she only wore once or twice before she grew too big. So MS in ways I never thought possibly :rotfl: I plan to e...bay the clothes once DD2 grows out of them and save this money in a separate sealed pot which I plan to spend on getting the girls bedroom furniture.

Hope you are feeling better Sue-UU and that lily has gotten over the dreaded pox Jakes-mum.

Only 7p in the pot last night but, if my maths is correct, 7p a day = £25.62 in a leap year! If the 50Ps and £1s are still in my purse on Friday they can go in as well.
