Hi Kerry
I sort out my change into separate pots too. I have a large one for 50ps and above and individual pots for all other coins. I think it saves time when you have to count them up
I bought a terrramundi pot yay! I shall be eagerly waiting for the post this week and I'll take the advice given and won't put notes in it.
1p roadkill found yesterday. I'm amazed I saw it in all that wind and rain.

Popped into Sainsburys on the way home with a fiver, and potted £2-odd change, along with yesterday's 52p office-kill.
Not having much luck with roadkill - I walk to and from work in the dark most days - although I do slow down to scan the ground near bus stopsSearch for Crunchy's Debt Deletion Diary... Hi
Could I please be added to the list? I'll probably have to move house again at the end of Nov 2012 (4 address in less than 2 years) so really need to start saving those pennies......:)"Sealed Pot Challenge 5" No 1614 :j0 -
Nice addition to my pot two days ago. Found £20 in an envelope that I'd been given for Xmas and actually forgot about!!! So in it went, that's boosted it up nicely!
Am in the process of completely tidying the house post-Xmas and slinging things out and am bound to find shrapnel all over the place.
Only problem now is the internal fight in my head with pound coins - do I put them in the jar or use them for supermarket savings stamps for the Xmas food shop???!! I got the stamps every time I shopped this year and it paid for my food shop in 2011!
