I've changed up £10 that I had in my pot and swapped it for a £10 note, in the hope that I don't break my pot, and that I can have some change from my spending money to put into the pot. Have also separated everything into single pots for coppers, 5p, 10p, 20p, 50p, £1, £2 is this a bit OCD or does anyone else do this? I was feeling my pot rattle and thought it such a shame should it smash from the coins, plus OH bought me it so only notes in there from now on.

Found another 2p whilst tidying room

Not quite that OCD but I do have 2 pots, one for £2/£1/50p's and the rest in the other.

Just dropped 20p on the floor in my office - eventually found it (just how do 20ps roll so far?!). Also found 50p - obviously been there a while as it was covered in floor fluff - not quite sure if it counts as roadkill but I've naughtily claimed it :j

Popped 20p back in the cash drawer...

That's an example of destiny and fate :), every thing happens for a reason and that's the reason why the 20p rolled so far :T

Well peeps, nothing in the pot for me for a few days but I thought I'd better say 'hi' as this dry period could go on for a while :o

:T:T:T:T:T:T well done Sue and Sparky for making it into the weekly email.:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T
  • Please can I join in? I need to get a pot, I was thinking an unopened soup tin which i could clean out and use.... We usually put our spare change in a jar for the groceries so might split it 50/50 to do this.. xx
