Just cancelled Sky package in a tizz - Next Move?

Just called Sky to ask them to reduce my package a bit as I need to cut costs. They didn't offer anything in terms of discounts so I proceeded to remove some of the packages. The operative then warned me that all recordings would be deleted and I mentioned that I would copy them and she went in to a rant about copyright…

Funnily enough, I'm just about to call virgin and sign up. I am already £10 a month cheaper. No set up or installation and £10 credit on the bill. I'm going to try and up the tenner a bit though.
