Nothing changes. You'll hear from their 'solicitors' Graham White, but then you would have done anyway even if you hadn't called.

Graham White and Roxburghe are same company.

2 or 3 letters from White is the norm, and then they give up and go away.

Ok, contacting them was a mistake but it's one you can rectify simply by ignoring any further correspoondence no matter who from or what threats it contains. They will soon tire of throwing good money after bad by paying postage to someone who doesn't reply.

Hi, I have had the pleasure of receiving a parking eye 'fine' with pretty photo's on, we have no idea if its for not paying-we did-staying over the time-we didn't, The thing is my OH typed one wrong digit when putting in his reg number in the ticket machine, new vehicle so forgot(we have the ticket, Hours match and place) , I had every intention of ignoring these fools BUT would you send evidence of the bought ticket??? from reading PP's all appeals come back 'No' anyway:undecided. any thoughts would be appreciated.:) Thanks.

I concur, you have paid to park, there is no loss to the landowner, it won't go further than junk mail through the letterbox to the registered keeper, and that is it.
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

Yep, don't respond to anything they send, they will just try to frighten you or otherwise draw you into conversation, don't play their game.
  • On the 17th August i parked at the service station just outside of Oxford that has parking eye .... though i didnt notice until after leaving about 4 hours later.

It was about 3am when i parked as i was shattered and had a sleep.

Now the car is registered in my mothers name, so these people sent a billl for 60GBP to her house which she stupidly paid.

Now i am utterly livid that she would go behind my back on what is a civil case and we've had a huge fallout.

So i am wondering as this company have billed the wrong person
is there anything i can do for them to come after me and get the money my mother has paid back.

I am willing to cut my nose off to spite my face as i hate what England has become where everyone is willing to .screw. everyone over at the drop of a hat.

Maybe next time i will carry on driving whilst tired and run some one over im sure that'd make them happy, well it would me if it were the owner of parking eye or Moto.
.. i can honestly say at 3am i did not see a sign about this parking eye.

Too late I'm afraid, the payment has been made. If you are prepared to claim against them in a county court that will be your only way of getting the money off them.
