Yeah I guess you're right about finding the happy medium. When he has been here everyday when not working away the weirdest thing is that we do it every night! I do wonder if a lot of it is just that he's knackered?
Its always sex 24/7 at first isn't it but I feel like we've got to that 'rut' too soon if you know what I mean. Its been one of those were everything has happened really quickly.

If he is knackered, then usually sex drive is the first thing to go hand in hand with that.

It may also be the anticipation of the weekend together when you haven't seen each other all week, and it doesn't live up to what you imagine?

I've phrased that bad, but I know what I mean.

thats what has stuck out for me in this, when not working and has time to spend with you out side of the bedroom as well as in it, you get sex every day, when hes been at work all week and has only the weekend to spend with you, you dont get as much sex it is not really that shocking in my mind

also have you heard of rechargables ;)

Presumably, you are trying to instigate sex?

See the problem is that what floats people's boats is so subjective. I could give you a list of things that work for me but they may not work for your OH.

One thing though that does seem to work on a lot of men is if they feel they're the ones being pursued so taking on a "I want you" type role may work for at least one extra over the weekend? If he is tired from work though I don't think you'll be able to expect it to work all the time!

I was in a similar relationship but i was on the other side. I'd only get to see m'lady at the weekends, usually started with a rampant Friday night/Saturday wee hours but by the time i'd had a sleep and got relaxed i was usually too tired to even move let alone do the do....

One thing that my ex used to do, in bed on a snoozy Sunday morning for example, when she was really game and me not so, was to simply start without me..... It wouldn't take too long for me to want to get involved if you catch my drift...

I would be a bit concerned of you want this to progress towards a permanent relationship, as things are only going to go downhill from here. It's not as if it's going to get better with time, is it? Any man you have to cajole / beg / force IMO is not worth having.

really that is harsh and pretty inaccurate since peoples sex drives are not constant throughout their lives and it could quite easily become more or less

also on the flip side i hate to think of the response if you had said that last bit about a women

Cook him a nice meal and give him a blow job to get him in the mood.

What you women don't realise is that we find it difficult to get turned on while watching the crap you lot want to watch. So don't be too surprised if you're not getting your knickers torn off after an evening of soaps and Sex in the City.
