I would like to post a thread outlining the unbelievable difficulties of cancelling a Sky contract - I suspect that numerous (in their thousands) of people have experienced similar problems (including unauthorised creation of direct debits on a credit card) and I would like to post fuller details of my experience, and obtain other's experiences with a view to compiling an article/further publicity.
