  • We used this company when we sold our house and they were awful. They lost the contracts and paperwork that we emailed and we had to resend that. They don't bother to reply to phone calls. We had to rely on our estate agent for updates. When the money was transferred to them the took ages to transfer it to us. When we complained we were told we had received a good service from them. If this is their good service I hate to think how bad the service can get.
  • Do not use them. They will not quicken the process. They drag it out. They lose paperwork, don't reply to emails or phone calls and are totally useless at customer service

I am currently looking to sale my place and buy another so will be in a chain, have been recommneded by someone to use O'Neill but after reading the reviews i am now looking for someone local.

Local ones are a lot more in price compare to ONeill but then reading on here explain why that is...as low price ..cheap service....

i shall keep looking around before deciding...

Can't speak for other buts I certainly wouldn't write them off.

They're doing a great job for me at the minute - it's a local firm holding things up for our chain. Our guy is brilliant at getting back to me and turns stuff around in rapid time, literally raising enquiries within 30 minutes of receiving whatever he needs.

A big thumbs up from me so far.
