I have done the same thing & registered with my ntlworld email address which has now gone after completing the change over! Should have used the hotmail email address! still....not much use realising after the event tho! I have emailed uswitch - no response & [EMAIL="enquiries@collectoffers.com"]enquiries@collectoffers.com[/EMAIL] (who I believe are running the promotion) also no reply! If you find the solution please post it here, many thanks0

Bit of an update - having got my bee in a bonnet about this issue I took McGonis advice & checked my old ntlworld account online & lo & behold it's still active (6335 emails in inbox active!!) & there is a reply from uswitch (albeit I had asked them to reply to my new email address) Anyway.....they asked me to forward a copy of the email confirmation I received when I registered for the promotion as it contains a unique reference number & say they'll amend my details -

Subscribed to the same cracking deal, I had Post Office broadband before switching, but rarely used the e-mail account. Signed up via my hotmail account on 28/11/11. Received a sign up confirmation e-mail from Uswitch but was advised that the £60 Tesco voucher offer could take up to 3months. Heard nothing further.0
