Free Milk, don't think so

  • My milkman too has to be nagged to call because he insists on calling on a thursady for payment and unless he gets us during the holidays we are never in so ours was £30 last time. You would think he would either try a different day or time. I am wary of leaving money or cheque on the door for him. However, 11 years is a bit steep.

I am interested how he manages to milk the cows, and deliver the milk at the same time?

If it was a woman then it could be done, but as we know men can only do one thing at a time

No seriously though.Do you have a contract? Is this in the terms and conditions?Could you not say all the milk was faulty ,and return it for a refund ,thereby cancelling out the bill? Return ALL the milk by courier ,preferably Parcel Force.Hope this helps.:p

I would tell him that you left a note out in 1995, stating
    "no milk until further notice"

If he lost his farm I'm presuming he went bankrupt? then you don't owe him a penny, you owe the receiver the money. Please correct me if I'm wrong :)

With accountancy skills like this farmer/milkman has, it's a wonder he can manage to cope with claiming all his EU subsidies.

    Or, perhaps he can't, and that's why he's bankrupt.

You can tell a lot about a woman by her hands..........for instance, if they are placed around your throat, she's probably slightly upset. ;)
