I've just managed to pay off £1.01 of my CC bill for this month...ffacoffipawb wrote:Hmmmm, so much for trying to make a £5.01 payment into my egg money card (I have checked my details and they are correct).
Egg money gives the following error:-
"Sorry. Unfortunately we are unable to process your transaction. This could be due to a technical problem at our end or because the card details you have supplied are not valid. Please check the address book entry and try again. Remember, we currently only accept debit card payments via Switch/Maestro, Visa Debit Card, Visa Electron and Solo and you might want to check the card has not expired since you first loaded it into your address book.
If this doesn't resolve the problem, then please try again later or call us on 08451 233233 for further assistance.

I may do another £1.01 later today, or tomorrow. :rotfl:Conjugating the verb 'to be":

This offer is not going 'live' until MONDAY 5TH FEBRUARY folks! Save your cash until then. They are still setting up the registrations apparently. This is what I was told at 9.30 this morning by Lloyds/TSB customer services.DTD - Doing Tesco Daily - while I still have vouchers!0

So when I clicked "I agree" to the T&C's, I wasn't really agreeing to the following clause:brindles01 wrote:This offer is not going 'live' until MONDAY 5TH FEBRUARY folks! Save your cash until then. Or are they withdrawing the scheme before it's started? Or are they lying? (Silly me - it's CS at a bank, of course they're lying....)LTSB wrote:1.The Save the Change scheme will commence on 1 February 2007. We may withdraw the Save the Change scheme at any time.Conjugating the verb 'to be":

1. what truth lies in the fact that the scheme is not going 'live' until MONDAY 5TH FEBRUARY?
2. Has anyone had any change saved yet?0 -
Two transactions at Tesco's (STC amounts of 51p and 76p) that would normally have gone on the (cashback) credit card, 2 one-off payments of £1.01 to pay off said credit card2. Has anyone had any change saved yet?
, and one £1.01 to Zopa that didn't work as intended (as yet - I'm awaiting a response to an email I sent Thursday/yesterday.) Conjugating the verb 'to be":

It's started early if anything! - 2 debit card transactions I made on 31st Jan, hit my account on 1st Feb and they "saved the changed" yesterday...all working according to plan here!Back on the DFW Wagon:
CC - £3,300 on 0% til 04/2020
CC - £4,500 on 0% til 02/2019
Loan - £12,063.84 as at 4/1/180 -
Update: Zopa won't allow you to do this. They round down to the nearest pound before doing the debit.and one £1.01 to Zopa that didn't work as intended (as yet - I'm awaiting a response to an email I sent Thursday/yesterday.)Conjugating the verb 'to be":

Well my first transaction showed up today.....99p credited to my current account and another 99p in the savings account I nominated... :j
So the £5.01 spent on petrol only cost me £3.03......
Wish I had the time to fill up with £2.01 each time then it would be almost free!!!!!!!!!!!!!!This post was created in an area that may contain nuts!0 -
I think you'll find that most petrol stations have a minimum limit of petrol they will dispense, and 2.37 litres may be below that limitWish I had the time to fill up with £2.01 each time then it would be almost free!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
