Well no not at all, how i see it, is her cakes are now so well known for being so yummy, i think everyone is loving her cake mixs, we will all be wanting them again next year and hoping Mr T does this again for us, i may even buy one of Mary Berrys cook books if i can find one at a bargain price :T:wave:0 -
Well, it's official, my cake is burnt and really dry (had to cut it before I put marzipan and icing on.... SO have just poured half a gallon of Southern Comfort in (no brandy or sherry in house) so I probably wont care that its burnt with the next taste!... MERRY Xmas Everyone.... And if I find at £2 today may just have to try again.....0

Mmm now can I be a good girl and resist cupcakes at £1 since the last lot went down so well at work and home and lasted all of 10 mins. Don't think I can I have no will power LOL

i don't use booze so i was not allowed the cupcake one. got away with the cake one by replacing the brandy soaked fruit. not bad as the icing and marzipan would cost more than £2.0

You do know that the Brandy can be replaced with 35ml of lemon juice, I made a few bags and took them into school. As a few teachers are Muslim I made a bag with the lemon icing, needless to say that the Brandy ones went down well with the rest of the teachers! :rotfl::rotfl:0
